Jigs and fixtures for CNC, robotic and waterjet cutting
We create mechanical and/or pneumatic fixing templates from 3D CAD files
for CNC cutting of parts at milling workstations and with robotic or waterjet cutting.
This jig technology makes it possible to control the exact alignment between
the tool path governed by 3-5 axes CAM systems and the position of the part
to be machined.
This reduces the time and cost required to complete the various stages,
increasing the quality of the finished product and controlling the production
cycle at all times.
This technology is also applied to create interchangeable parts and to implement
the changes that are often made during the production phase by customers.
The operation of fixing the part is also part of its control procedure: in fact,
an exact geometry of the support system immediately shows any deformations
which may have occurred during the moulding phase.
We also produce the continuous 5-axis programs necessary for cutting the parts,
providing turnkey processing cycles developed according to the customer's
specific requests.
