Composite materials for high-performance applications
Composite materials are made of two or more components.
Typical materials include fibreglass, carbon fibre,
Kevlar and nylon impregnated in thermoplastic or epoxy resin matrices.
These materials are widely used in sectors where high rigidity,
lightness and flexibility are essential, such as aerospace,
automotive, robotics and nautical applications.
We manufacture direct moulds and models used to create moulds,
using polyurethane and epoxy boards or solid aluminium
processed with multi-axis CNC machining.
In collaboration with the customer, we can also design the mould
and provide a complete turnkey service.
