Thermoforming solutions
Thermoforming is a technique for moulding hot plastic materials,
starting from sheets or films,
under pressure or vacuum.
Depending on the type and thickness of the material used,
it is possible to obtain parts
that are very different in shape,
dimensions and characteristics.
Therefore, the range of applications
is naturally very wide.
Aluminium moulds can be manufactured
either by casting or from solid block machining,
depending on dimensions,
complexity and production timing.
Main applications include vehicle covers,
dashboards, spoilers and food containers.
In most cases the produced parts are not finished
and require CNC trimming operations
using cutting jigs that we can design
and manufacture together with the mould.
